Fight the Global Sexual and
Reproductive Health Act of 2010

On March 5th this year, the current administration called for a giveaway of over $715 million for international family planning. It’s hard to imagine that much money, but it’s not hard to imagine the damage that it is going to do to the poor of this world.

Congress responded right away, and on April 22nd, H.R. 5121 was introduced, which, in its current form, seeks to invigorate and embolden the family planning organizations around the world with the hard-earned U.S. tax dollar.

The bill would give the administration its $715,000,000. All these zeroes add up to a mind-boggling number of abortions, sterilizations, IUDs, MVAs, oral contraceptives, condoms and more. As you know, such procedures and devices only lead to a lifetime of misery for each woman and family that gets duped into using them.

Our petition effort against the bill is your way to fight this. Wouldn’t you like to let our Congressmen know that more than 100,000 of their constituents do not want our tax money used for abortion and sterilization programs? Will you help us deliver that message to Congress? And let your family and friends know of this important effort. Let’s send a clear message to those who represent us that we want the U.S. out of this miserable business.

Petition to Block Obama's “Global Sexual and Reproductive Health Act of 2010.”

TO: My Representative

I’m a registered voter in your Congressional District and I’m asking you to vote “NO” on just-introduced legislation known as the “Global Sexual and Reproductive Health Act of 2010.”

This legislation will force taxpayers like me — who totally oppose abortion — to pay for even more abortions around the world.

Defeat of this legislation is exceptionally important to me. And with Congressional elections scheduled for November 2, I’ll pay close attention to your action on this bill. Again, I call on you to vote AGAINST this taxpayer-funded abortion legislation.
